By accessing or using Sewkal(“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sewkal is an AI-assisted writing tool that rewrites text while measuring semantic fidelity. The Service is provided as-is. Outputs are generated by a large language model and may require your review before use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the final text you use or publish is accurate, appropriate for its context, and does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas by automated means.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

The Service is fully usable anonymously without creating an account. An anonymous session token is stored locally in your browser to track usage within daily limits. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You retain all rights to text you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your text solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your text to train AI models.

The Service, its interface, and the underlying software are owned bySewkal and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use outputs at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sewkal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
