Defined terms must not be refined
Legal documents rely on defined terms with precise, contracted meanings. Add all defined terms to the glossary and they will not be rewritten. The refiner rewrites the surrounding prose while leaving those terms intact.
Accept or reject sentence by sentence
Legal review requires granular control. The sentence-level accept/reject interface lets you accept rewrites for routine prose and personally review any sentence that handles a legal definition, obligation, or qualification.
